You would really like the John Grisham book “King of Torts” which is about this. Also, John Edwards was a torte lawyer (the kind of lawyer who was hired for this case).
Dang, that seems like an outrageous ammount of money. I guess our health cost are going to keep going up once merck claims that on their insurance… ouch.
