The UW-Madison has topped the list of ‘Drinking and Partying Colleges’ for the second straight year, and somehow I’m not really that suprised. What I am suprised at is the recent rankings of top colleges in the country has UW-Madison #36. I guess people can get through the curriculum half drunk, or maybe there is more to ‘hippie power’ than I thought….
