I learned some things today:
When choosing a time to go jogging, do not jog at 1 p.m. because the temperature outside will be ridiculously hot.
Running without water is a horrible idea.
Eating Tic-Tacs tastes wonderful, but they will want to make you vomit after running for an hour and a half in the blistering sun.
